Adventures with Soul – Retreats and Experiences are dedicated to facilitating soulful experiences and going on adventures that initiate consciousness allow for personal empowerment.
Participants have the opportunity to recognise and connect with their own potential in a safe and supportive space.
At our Retreats and through our Experiences, we offer and support connection to self, to nature and with others – wherever you may be on your journey. We offer authentic opportunities to inspire the natural childlike curiosity within each of us.

Our offers include everything from sharing circles, hands on creative workshops, meditation and sound healing, movement and more.
Both Kathy and Tracey have a lifelong passion for self exploration and transformation. Through their individual studies and life healing experiences they have learned and gathered many powerful tools that they share with their individual clients through their own businesses for over the past 20 years.
Together they are passionate about sharing these tools, holding space for others and offering group experiences for their clients and retreat participants.
Working in groups and in circles, we allow ancient wisdom, deep and authentic compassion and our knowledge to flow. Working in groups also invites intimacy, connection and lots of fun. Experiences of this kind can build self esteem and create change.
We believe that it is important to nurture ourselves on all levels, so we have specially designed our offerings to include not only nurturing for our physical body but also our emotional, mental, spiritual and creative being.

More about Kathy

Kathy Ward has a lifelong passion for self exploration, discovery and transformation. In sacred, safe space, Kathy intuitively supports clients to explore the change they seek. She shares simple yet powerful tools of connection and empowerment allowing for healing.
Kathy’s mission is to support the awakening. She shares herself through Intuitive Energy Healing, Reiki, Body Psychotherapy, Holistic counselling, Art therapy and Sound. Kathy is a Special Education teacher and dynamic workshop facilitator.
